The first step for how a bill becomes law is that the bill is introduced to the Executive,Legislative,and also the judicial Branch.After the bill being introduced it will be voted by the 3 part of the branches .The Executive branch,Legisslative Branch ,and also the Judicial Branch will have to vote.
